Saw a girl at my gym wearing this waist trainer. I’m so glad I stopped and asked for the info. I was not disappointed. Super sturdy build. Great high quality material and so comfortable to wear. I’ve been using it for about a month now and I wash it and air dry and it still looks brand new. The trainer does not have much stretch so if you are between sizes go up a size. I am 5’4” and 180 and I initially purchased a medium like my other neoprene trainers and had to exchange it for a large(super easy process). I am extremely satisfied with this product and highly recommend it! I run in this trainer (6-8 miles) and it does not chafe.
