Working with Sam is such refreshing experience - I am so impressed that we have this kind of relationship! She listens well (even when you're not in front), keeps me updated regularly about what's happening at my level as far as sales are concerned, shares insights from other colleagues who work closely together but whom I don't know personally very much yet; gives honest feedback where needed which helps improve performance even more than expected. Nothing really comes across during conversations except professionalism & dedication towards achieving goals/objectives.
