Review on 🖨️ HP 61 Black Ink Cartridge for DeskJet & OfficeJet Series, Instant Ink Eligible, CH561WN by Francisco Yim

First of all I would like to say that I am a very positive person and would never write a bad review unless I had a REALLY bad experience. I've been buying these ink cartridges from my local hardware store for years. I've never had any problems with cartridges. I thought I would start buying from Revain since I buy so many other things from Revain! When I finally got my printer to accept the cartridge everything that printed was badly smudged. I tried twice to print the alignment page but it was also smudged. I've never had this with cartridges I've bought in the past or with my printer. The product is still under warranty, but HP recommended that I contact the seller online to return the product. I haven't opened this item for almost 45 days after purchase so I can't return it as the seller has a 30 day return policy. I may have just received a faulty cartridge but if you are purchasing this item please test it shortly after purchase to ensure it is working properly as you only have 30 days to return the item. I went back to the local store and bought two cartridges and both worked fine. Update: I've tried repeatedly to contact HP to no avail. The packaging says the product is guaranteed, but I can't get HP to confirm this. I've tried calling them and "chatting" with them but they can't even tell me how to return an item to HP for a refund or exchange! I completely ran out of money for this cartridge.
