Difficult to install - never shuts down completely through app - loses connection to app

Update: Reduced view from 2 to 1 start. The new main problem is that the light loses connection with the phone at a frequency and then flashes non-stop from dim to bright and back again until you reconnect it to the phone in the app. I can't even use this light as a regular light. It's worse than the breast light I had before and I would return it if I could. Incredibly annoying that the display only flashes constantly every few days until you connect it back to the application - infuriates. Things, although the colors are not super bright, this is normal. Two main problems: 1) Relatively difficult to install. The non-standard process of installing a ceiling light with very short, flimsy wires and not even a ground wire for hanging while trying to connect the wires to its small junction box is both unnecessary and frustrating. It's a lot harder to connect wires to existing wires than any other ceiling light I've installed. I'm no pro, but I've installed a couple of overhead lights, and in this case, instead of just connecting 2-3 wires with wire nuts, you need to plug the power cords into a tiny little junction box where nothing else is holding. on (as ground wire). I did it alone, but I recommend two people because the incredibly thin wires inside the flashlight can break pretty easily if I hold on to them. 2. Doesn't turn off completely through the application. That was killer for me. The application works perfectly. Of course, you can't use the light without revealing your personal information, but that's life these days. You can brighten, dim and change the color of the light without incident. However, I did want to use the alarm function to turn on the light when I want to wake up, but it turns out it never turns off entirely through the app. Even when it's off, the light gives off a faint green glow and I can't sleep because the light in my bedroom is on faintly. The only way to stop this glow is to turn off the switch on the wall, which of course prevents the light from turning on automatically in the morning, so it ended up working for me the same as an expensive main light that lasts 1-2 seconds . turn on when you flip the switch.
