This is the third pair of Timberland Pro tennis style work shoes that I have purchased. I am everything. I wrote an enthusiastic review for an old model. They fit well and keep your feet secure and supported. However, they didn't last long. The sole ripped right at the ball of the foot. Bought another pair. Same problem. Thought they could fix the problem with this new model - NO! Same problem. As soon as the sole cracks, every time it rains, water seeps through the sole of the shoe and gets wet inside the sock. I'd rather go home than continue to work with wet feet. I only wear these shoes 6 months a year (warm weather) and have to buy a new pair every year! They wear well but are too expensive to buy two pairs a year. And in fact, I drive a lot for work (about 80% of my day). So if you're on your feet all day, every day, you might not even make it past the six-month mark. Don't buy if you can't afford at least two pairs a year. BELIEVE ME! I had three pairs.
