AND REAL LEATHER! When I opened the package I found that it was a real leather belt. Very often it is claimed that a belt is made of real leather, and then it turns out that it smells like paint, plastic or mold. This belt smells like leather. This is "real" leather, which means it's not the top grain, but some kind of leather layer underneath that has been worked, dyed, stamped, rolled, smoothed and worked again, but still leather. I think it's great. Unlike other leather belts, this one doesn't have a stretched hole for a tooth of the belt to go through. These ratchets are amazing. Virtually endless adjustments and no scarring on the strap once tightened. Also faster than tooth buckle. Besides the amazing smell of natural leather, this belt is beautifully packaged and well made. This is great for a gift but if you don't have one of these you will need to keep them.
