This is a great product. The reason for the low rating is that I purchased two and by the time I got to opening the second one I realized that it was completely empty. Not dried out or anything like that, just empty. It was completely dry inside with no oily residue. Of course to much time has passed to ask for a refund or anything. All of that said the product works well, but it's a bit pricey for the amount you get and I doubt I will order again based on that second empty bottle I received. One fir the price of two lol. That's my luck!
