It was honestly a really comfortable pair of shoes the first time I wore them. But they stretched *sideways* the second time I wore them! I'm not sure how to describe this but by the end of a night of standing and walking, my pinky toe was no longer on top of the shoe with the rest of my toes, it was hanging off and being squished between the edge of the shoe and the band of material overlying the toes. I'm honestly flabbergasted because I've never had this happen before and I bought my usual size so I don't know if its a shoe quality issue or my own feet that are the problem. I don't have particularly wide feet and my shoe size is 7.5-8. Since I've never had this happen before, I think the fault is in the quality of the material. That being said, the shoe was otherwise very stable and fit great and the ankle strap kept the shoe snug on my foot all night. I didn't feel like I was going to trip or fall or break an ankle at any point but my poor pinky toes were so sore. 3/5 stars. I'd buy more pairs if it wasn't for the sideways stretching.
