This thing is really terrible. It cannot be tightened with a tool, and hand force is not enough to remove the wiper blade. It contains a nut that does nothing at all. The bearing on the first wiper arm has broken. Had to use a vise to turn. Once it broke I cut the whole assembly off and put a screw through the hole to remove the second arm. Huge waste of time and money.
