I bought this phone in August 2022 and couldn't stop using it. I had to replace the back cover in April 2022 while still upholding the moisture resistance warranty. Water entered the phone on July 2, 2022 (the warranty on the device is valid until August 22, 2022). Samsung throws up its hands and admits that it is unable to identify the cause of the dampness in the phone as the service center refuses to accept responsibility. As the manufacturer is not accountable for either its product or authorized service centers, I will fundamentally reject this brand and go to another.
