Received these and was so disappointed when I tried them on. Even with a pair of size 5 socks, they fell off your feet, making it difficult to walk in them. They are well made and lightweight. I felt the arch support and it felt great so I didn't need to add extra support. However, I found even the length of the instep from the toes to the arch of the foot to be too long. I was able to center my foot over the arch but then the toe stops were in the wrong place. I feel like they are closer to a women's 5-1/2 than the size 5 I was hoping for. For reference, my shoe size is just over 4-1/2 so it's difficult to find shoes. Unfortunately they have to be sent back.
