My daughter is 6 years old and usually size 6 shorts are too big. I ordered her a size 6 soccer ball hoping it would fit and we could wear it for two years. It suits her well enough to play with and will definitely work for another year or so. The material is light and comfortable for her. There are no complaints here, we are very satisfied!
