I upgraded to the S10 from the S9 and am happy with my decision. The main benefits are the improved camera and the convenience of having the fingerprint scanner on the front of the phone rather than the back. There are, however, a number of drawbacks: the LED was removed, so you can only turn it back on with either AOD or a third-party app (such as one that removes the bezel from the front camera); the screen and button sizes grew, so I no longer had to reach for power; at least the 70% power savings from unlocking with a double tap are welcome; the absence of a ringing sound is disappointing; the alarm clock now gives me the hiccups; the Even though I don't play often, I've had no issues with the pulls and everything seems to be working fine. A number of the pre-installed software packages are a major source of irritation, and I would appreciate the chance to uninstall them legally. If you own a S9 and are wondering whether or not to upgrade for the sake of the camera, you may want to think again before shelling out a hefty sum.
