Strap is good but tools are useless

Very good watch strap and fits my GST B100 Gshock perfectly BUT the pin knockout tool is too small in length and only knocks it out a quarter, gets stuck, tried with pliers and almost bent pin. I stopped and emailed the company with no response. Also, I took the bracelet to a jeweler to see if they could pull out the pins and resize the bracelet. Learn that the pins have a socket and are even harder to pull out. Only getting 2 links broke their tools.
