bag itself is fine It's very well made. The skin is comfortable. It is spacious and has many pockets. The only thing I can't stand is the bad smell. I understand that leather goods can smell a little. So I didn't think anything of it. I had this bag aired in our guest room. For 5 days! Then I packed my things in my bag and decided to give it a try. It still smelled just as bad as the day I got it. There MUST be a way to get rid of this smell BEFORE shipping it to the customer! I hate it but I won't buy their bags again. That's a pity too. They are beautifully made. But who wants to carry around a bag that smells like a dead animal? You know this problem too! FIX IT and you will definitely have more customers! COME BACK!
