The box was slightly torn when received but this is by no means the seller's fault as it likely happened during handling and shipping. The gap wasn't big enough to worry about tampering or contamination. I got these for my girlfriend's daughter for Christmas and she LOVES them! Such a simple toy but I remember these blocks being my favorite toy as a child and I can't seem to be wrong as she likes them just as much. And they are long lasting as everyone runs out so they will stay for a while and can be used by her next child if she has one.
