Excellent speaker. Comparably good to Jabra 710 at 1/3 price

I bought a previous version of this speaker and returned it simply because the mic was not well received. Updated the speaker and sent me a free replacement which made the customer service amazing. I compared it to the Jabra 710. The first big difference is the price. Jabra 710 $300, eLuna $90. The Jabra is more than three times the price and for the price compared to the eLuna I would definitely go for the eLuna. Speaker sound: mostly flat. Jabra has more treble and eLuna has more bass. Both essentially have great sound, and for voice or music you'll be happy with either. Microphone: This is a SIGNIFICANTLY improved microphone on the eLuna compared to the original. I moved about 15 feet from both devices during the call and the person could clearly hear my voice while speaking at a normal volume. The Jabra was louder, but the person on the other end of the line could hear me clearly from 15 feet away. From afar, I prefer Jabra. Background noise reduction: eLuna has an AI noise reduction feature that works very well. I turned the music on and off in the background and enabled the feature. This is of great importance. In noisy environments, eLuna has an advantage. Size: The eLuna is about 1/2 inch smaller in diameter and both devices are about the same thickness. I don't see any difference in weight. Appearance: Jabra looks better. It has a silver metallic center and the functional gauges around the edges are much more impressive. If you want to impress and are on a much bigger budget, the Jabra looks a lot more impressive. Verdict: At less than 1/3 the price, eLuna is a clear winner. The performance of both devices is about the same and in noisy environments eLuna has an advantage. I have 3 Jabra 710s. One for my office, one for the conference room and one that I carry in my laptop bag. If I could return the Jabras and get the eLuna, I definitely would. I could have bought all 3 eLunas for the price of a Jabra 710 but it was the best at the time. With the improved eLuna microphone, the Jabra 701 no longer has a performance advantage.
