HUGE and warped in less than 3 months
My biggest issue with this pan is its size, but that's my fault for not considering how big a 14" pan actually is. The addition of a very, very long handle makes me feel like I'm trying to lift a Flinstone pot. My husband usually cooks and I clean. This pan doesn't burn, but again, the weight and size make it difficult to maneuver. After 6 months of careful use, it warped. We've been very careful with it - never left it empty on the fire, never turned on the high heat, and never dipped it hot in cold water. For example, pancakes do not cook evenly. All in all, it was a great skillet until it warped.
