Loved it at first. We use freshly ground pepper daily and it gets stale if we use store-bought disposable baby grinders. One hand gesture means the other hand can stir while the other presses a button to add pepper if needed. One star deducted for brief error-free use. Less than 2 weeks out of the box it now works within seconds and I have to unwind/rotate the floor to get it working again for a few seconds. I thought it might be the batteries, I replaced everything 6. no, this is a bug in this unit. Still 4 stars even with the downside, I still like it more than what I did. Looks great on the counter too and it's important to note that it will NOT leave any marks on the counter after use.
