Review on DALSTRONG Steak Knives ThyssenKrupp Straight Edge by Joyce Jones

The best steak knives we've ever had. I tried them with the New York strip and they really enhance the dining experience. The straight edge cuts clean, practically sinks into the meat, doesn't snap like some of the serrated knives I've had. Santoku style grooves may seem hard to find in a steak knife and may just be a cool factor, but they seem to make a difference. Everything about this purchase was a positive experience - ordered the Friday before Christmas and delivered the next day Saturday morning. You can tell a lot of effort and care has gone into the design of the packaging that comes with the knives - the presentation is superb and I will be getting more to give as gifts. I will definitely do more business with this company and I highly recommend this product.
