The making of this costume is very confusing. It closes with Velcro and has a keyhole at one end. It looks like the tail is going there, but it doesn't make sense because the cat can't use the litter box. I finally figured out where the head goes and the neckline goes on the shoulders. The backend is open. This outfit didn't suit my cat. I could swear I ordered XL but got L and it doesn't fit. Too short and too tight. I can't check from my Revain account if it's my fault as they don't store sizing information in the order record. I remember ordering a size up because it was kind of borderline. So it's on L and I thought I ordered XL just in case. It runs small so it really needs an extra 1.5-2 inches for my 15 inch cat (neck to tail). Also, it's cute, seems to be made of good stuff. Even if it was the right length, it would NOT fit a medium weight cat, only a very, very thin one. So it doesn't fit any of my small cats. Order at least one size.
