Broken, wrong colour, audible buzzing
My first lightbulb from you arrived broken in the box. The box is intact, which means you sent me a broken lightbulb. Okay, life sucks, but we move on. On my second order you sent the daylight bulb in a warm glow box AS the warm glow bulb I ordered. How Not to Realize a New Lightbulb Makes My Kitchen Look Like a Hospital Waiting Room? WAIT, THAT'S NOT ALL - on top of that, this thing is GOOD. Must love standing in your beautiful cozy kitchen with institutional lighting and a good murmur in your ears. What's the matter with you people? Just take random lightbulbs (broken half the time) and randomly toss them into whatever box you have?
