This was exactly what I was looking for. I was excited to get them and try them out! I was willing to order more even though they are a bit pricey. I had them for 12 days and didn't wear them every day or for hours on the days I did (I don't wear shoes at home) and they started to smell awful. My feet don't sweat much so I don't know why they were so bad. I had to wash them twice before I got enough smell to wear them again. I'm afraid I have to wash them every time I wear them and that alone causes excessive wear and tear. I really want to give them 5 stars. They would be my shoe for everything from boating to walking! They fit great and have exactly the look and style I've been looking for. I'm sad that even though I can't look past smelly shoes, I might just be wasting my money buying more. I will try vinegar and even try to freeze them. I don't know if I will buy again or not!
