You can adjust the entire assembly in or out, but the mirror itself is not adjustable. You can press on the mirror and it will flex a bit, but it will just return to its original position once you stop pressing it. They're solid and easy to install, I just wish they had a little more customization. All in all, for the price, I'll go with the looks I have. The driver's side is almost perfect, while the passenger's side needs a bit of tweaking to be perfect. Upgraded to 5 Stars: Finally figured out how to adjust the mirror glass. You will need to remove the plastic cover from the opposite side of the glass and loosen the 8mm swivel nut to allow the mirror to move. There isn't much movement, but enough to keep me comfortable. However, you can't see the rear tire.
