Easy to use but short lived
I love the style, this wand is perfect for styling hair. This is the second one I've bought. The first took a year to fail. The second one I bought was about 7 months old, this morning I went to use it and something with the heat distribution went bad and fried my hair straight away, I saw a video of it but it never happened to me. I never thought this would happen to me. I still love this product but am so nervous to order it again. We have been testing a new product for some time.
