The hood is big enough for about 3 heads. It's written for the sun, but if you wear it in the sun you could suffocate or die of heat stroke because you're not breathing well. If you try to walk with it on the hood, it will never stay in place. I wanted a lightweight sunscreen for running in the warmer months, but it works better in the colder months because it gets so hot. Looks good as long as you don't wear a hood. good price too.
