The platform is simple yet powerful - I love that you can track activity in minutes rather than hours! You don't need an app or fancy equipment for this program either; just go out there into nature (or wherever) where people are used more often as opposed using gym machines all day long!! It may be difficult at first getting everyone motivated but once they see their progress over time things get easier because others will follow suit too :) Have fun tracking steps & miles walked/run etc throughout different months so when results come around its very encouraging / motivating knowing how much effort has been put towards achieving them :). We've seen some fantastic improvements across our team since starting up holisticy together about 6 weeks ago including weight loss which was not expected given we were already pretty active before taking part haha ;) Also benefits seem better quality sleep due partly through being outdoors during work days instead sitting inside offices working.
