I ordered this a week and a half ago and was so happy to receive a clear case for my switch. I only bought the skin a few days before ordering the case to last a while. When I received the case, it was packaged very nicely. The joystick housings fit very well, but I had a few issues with the console housing. It didn't fit on the bottom of the console which was very frustrating as I was just getting this tag and the case kept coming off while playing Animal Crossing. I read all the reviews to see if this happened to anyone. yet, and it seemed like I was the only one having this problem. I have contacted the seller if he has noticed this before. They told me this because the first time someone contacted them and offered to send me another case for free. I happily agreed to a replacement without much hope. Barely got a replacement in the mail today and the first thing I tried was a console case to make sure I didn't have the same issue. To my delight, it fitted perfectly. I was so glad the replacement actually fits on the bottom of the console. I am very happy with my purchase and the fact that the seller was willing to send a replacement. I am giving it 4 stars as it is not suitable for charging in my dock. But I'm willing to unplug the charging cable from the dock because I'm very happy with this case.
