great pre-workout! Really gives a little extra boost. I definitely recommend Total War! The only problem is they sent me the wrong flavor. I ordered blue raspberries, they sent me sour candies. I really like the taste of sour candies to be honest, so this worked. If you are looking for a pre-workout, this will help you.
