Review on Bovado USA Enamel Turkey Roaster by Mark Meyer

When the pan arrived the coating had already come off the rivets for the handles on the pan. This should have happened at the factory and no one bothered to check as there were no loose pieces of coating in either the pallet or the crate. The manufacturer obviously doesn't care about quality or cost. Such a crappy product, but I'm sticking with it because I have a turkey to cook for the next morning [Thanksgiving]. It barely fit in a small 4 person turkey - I had to mash it across the width and add it to the pan. The length was barely acceptable. But the lid is so flat it's unusable - I had to cover the turkey with aluminum foil to cook it. -foiled at half price. Then I would donate benefits or recycle.
