I don't see any compromises with this product. I wanted a cable to connect my headphones to my laptop instead of using bluetooth. Bluetooth is not perfect. Wired is always the best way. I have a pair of handy Bluetooth cans that I can carry around all day while I work on my laptop. This headset also allows you to connect directly with cables like this one. This pair of twin cables works great. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN AT ALL. I just can't imagine being dissatisfied and I have a backup too. With a 10-foot roaming range, not only do they work flawlessly, but I can get up and move around when needed. I tie the excess length with a rubber band, not too tight. I am a very happy customer!
