Surprisingly good and inexpensive greenhouse fan control solution

When I first started looking for something to automate a small greenhouse fan system (by temperature), all I saw were overpriced applications and overloaded hardware. Then I saw it, I couldn't even understand what it was at first, but I couldn't resist the price. So I quickly studied it and found it to be the ideal solution for those with enough electrical skills to say "plug in a wall dimmer" and are willing to put in 20 minutes of work. The hardware has proven to be reliable so far. 5 Stars. The phone app (Android in this case) is fine. It gets the job done with the only major drawback being that it doesn't reliably update the screen with up-to-date data. To make sure I get the current temperature/humidity I have a habit of closing and reopening the app. Ironically, I always get the most up-to-date device info when I ask Alexa! However, to be fair, Alexa's approach only reports temperature. Also, you can turn the power delivery (fan in my case) on and off with Alexa. A very nice feature of the app is that even the free version (all I have) logs in and out. Useful: It is important to keep the sensor in the shade to get reliable readings from the greenhouse. But in the greenhouse there is not much shade. My 2 minute solution: Poke a small hole in the center of the bottom of a reflective plastic container (I used a discarded yogurt container with reflective tape around it), thread the sensor cable through and hang it like a bell. in open space. Works great (and keeps the sensor dry too).
