In short: I read in the article just before Christmas stating that Toys for Toddlers was having trouble getting presents for older teens and was looking for grooming and makeup kits. I sell grooming and makeup products (or sell until I've given away all my baby toys) and these bags arrived in one day, which was all the time I had.
