Great but don't use it every day!
I bought this to replace a more expensive product from England that contained diatomaceous earth, a very fine grit that can be used once or twice a week. This one has pumice and feels rough in comparison, but the results are just as good. This is exactly what I needed. It's labeled for everyday use, but definitely not! They will completely destroy your skin's protection. Do this once or twice a week, and folks, if you don't know, use *light* pressure with an abrasive scrub.
