First of all there were no - zero - yes instructions - even on a very small piece of paper, as someone suggested. I found a video online for a similar chair from another brand that helped. Second, after struggling with the chair — I'm under 5 feet and in the front of 70 (which you see isn't the chair's fault) — I put my hands up. I stand the chair upright and it seems either the holes are in the wrong place or the back is deformed because the back is lower on one side than the other. It looks broken, although it isn't. I am extremely disappointed. I would like to have him back, but I don't want to fight him again.
