Update: Revain is very good and allowed me to exchange the broken roller for a new one. really appreciate it! Also, forget to mention that if you're having trouble turning, put some plastic-safe lube on the rotating parts and it'll make it a lot better. We have only used it occasionally since it arrived 2 months ago. Our 35 kg male is very devoted to her. But the left wheel has recently started to squeak and wobble and is noticeably more crooked than the right one. Looking closely, I found that the left wheel bolt was loose, causing the plastic parts to wobble (see attached picture). We tried to tighten it, but it turned out to be impossible without disassembling the entire block. Adding to the disappointment is that we can't see anything on the baseplate as all the screws are so tight that they can't be removed. The creaking and wobbling is very annoying and makes it very fragile and unstable. I used an elastic band to fill the gap and the ride is smoother and quieter. But I expected more from Radio Flyer.
