The rides are quick! They pick you up right where they say it will be (which has been great). When we were going from one place that had too many stairs for my wheelchair access at times - this made life easier than trying another option like uber or lyft. Sometimes if there's construction nearby its hard to get picked-up but not much of an issue as far as their service goes. So glad i found them when searching options after getting injured last year so now have something other then taxis/uber with which can use whenever needed. Also good way to meet people who work around me all day everyday while living alone due to injury. Going places out of town helps since sometimes those local taxi drivers don't know how bad things really got back home because no ones told him about everything he needs to see before leaving. And yes being able to pay through Venmo makes paying easy also saves time. Just make sure your car insurance covers any damages done by these.
