If you think that salt and pepper are the only two spices in the world, this isn't for you. If you enjoy preparing delicious food outdoors (most likely car camping as it's probably too heavy and unwieldy for hiking) you need this! I love to cook and bought it partly on a whim, not expecting much and partly hoping it would actually turn out well. I was more than pleasantly surprised! These are 6 high quality stainless steel spice shakers with adjustable openings. The practical carry bag with zip and handle is particularly nice. It's not too bulky - it fits snugly around the shakers and is easy to pack and carry around. Six spices are enough to prepare the most decent camping dishes. Personally, I've stuffed mine with salt, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, rosemary, and oregano. These are the most delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I wouldn't even attempt to cook without this set unless I was on a camping trip and really had to cut corners. Every time I take it on a hike, someone asks me (with a touch of envy) where I got it from. If you cook outdoors or even on a backyard BBQ I would highly recommend this set.
