Review on Triangle Group TR968 225/55 R17 101 year old by Stanislaw Dwojak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Full compliance with the manufacturer's assurances, high quality.

I did not write a review until I drove 1000 km on them. Finally satisfied. For your money - a gift. There is something to compare with, on the current car I demolished 2 sets of Michelin Super Sport and Hankook 117. All of them are much more expensive, but not much better. If you do not ride on the verge of slipping, then the tires are excellent. If you drive on the verge of slipping - please do it not on public roads.

Pros
  • Absolutely normal tires for a ridiculous price. Well, it's true. Balances fine. The sidewall to the touch is very thick and durable. The grip is normal, not perfect, it doesn’t reach the Michelin Super Sport, but the Super Sport has a lot of other shortcomings. For normal and even aggressive driving, this rubber is enough. For a comfortable fast ride on the highway - too. Rubber is very balanced in terms of parameters - not very noisy, very good but not perfect grip in dry and wet.
Cons
  • For this price, no. But for the most extreme conditions, rubber is not suitable. It slips slightly at a sharp start, although I did not manage to break it in a side slip on dry pavement. In short, it's not "high end".
