The quality of support from their team was fantastic - they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service throughout our implementation process which included migrating an existing legacy database platform into a new cloud solution (SaaS). They were also very responsive when it came time to resolve issues that arose with implementing this complex application over several months. I can't think of anything negative about working directly with them. We had some problems getting started but once we did get going things moved along smoothly. Our project took longer than expected due primarily to us having not anticipated how much documentation there would be required nor how many different versions/revisions/approvals needed to occur before final acceptance by management.
