Review on SEI Furniture Black Nailhead Storage Trunk: End Table by Jared Gopalan

This item is not a fine handcrafted piece of furniture but it is very good value for money (especially for Chinese made materials) and is very durable. One thing to know is that this is a very difficult part. The wood is heavy and the surface is hard, so it is not easy to damage, but not easy to move. The hardware is also durable and offers plenty of storage space. As one of the questioners asked, there is no smoke and I am quite picky about such things. Assembly wasn't difficult (I've definitely had far worse furniture assembly projects) and took about an hour, and I was able to do it myself with a Phillips screwdriver and an Allen key (okay, cat helped me). The screw holes on my part matched up nicely. The only comment I have on the fit and finish is that all four sides of the legs are unfinished (outside only) and the fit of the legs on the box could have been a bit more accurate, but I'll probably be the only person. who ever notices. Again good value for money. However, I underestimated how big this thing is, but that's my fault. It's a good table, but it's not small, so measure carefully to make sure it fits you. It's too big to practically send back. The good news is that I have a different goal for this than my original plan, so I'm going to stick with it.
