I use this cool box in my car and I am very happy with it. The heatsink sits tightly on my case, giving it plenty of room to dissipate heat. Even in performance mode, it's quiet. The software is a bit clunky, but not as bad as some other RGB controllers I've seen. I haven't had any issues with this cooler, but I know NZXT doesn't mess around with customer service. I had an issue with one of the USB ports on the front of the case and a few days later they sent me replacement parts. I know they will support their product if I have any issues with it.
