I'll start with the many plus points. The quality was very good for devices connected via Bluetooth. The music was on par with the in-dash CD player and superior to my previously used Bluetooth AUX receiver. Installation was quick, taking less than an hour. Now about pluses. The quality of the bluetooth phone is not up to par. The bluetooth sound is very low so you will explode with music after the call ends. My interlocutor claims he can't hear me well, the microphone picks up wind and road noise no matter where he is. The device is not receiving music information on my Android Pixel 5g. I have tried calling USA SPEC support but they do not endorse or guarantee anything purchased through Revain. I finally found out online that the device doesn't support the latest bluetooth technology so you have to downgrade to send the information. However, this resets every time the phone restarts. In the end, the pros outweighed the cons and I sent the device back. I couldn't buy a product knowing I wouldn't get support from the manufacturer and what normally has a one year warranty doesn't because it was purchased through Revain.
