Excellent upholstery. I used one of the large C-shaped pillows but not my actual pillow. I could never get comfortable on a C-shaped pillow. I feel like my tummy wasn't big enough to benefit from the large shape, but you might be uncomfortable sleeping during pregnancy long before your tummy gets huge. This side sleeping pillow is perfect for me as I usually sleep on my back. It keeps me from rolling onto my back in my sleep but provides good front support without being too bulky. My husband likes this pillow much better because he gets his entire side of the bed back. Some reviews say there is a fabric stretch issue. It stretches a bit, but not enough to be an issue for at least a month. I've been using it for about two weeks now and I've been sleeping a lot better since switching! I really have to sit up to roll over, but I had to too with a C-shaped pillow. If you find it difficult to stay off your back but want to use your own pillow, get this pillow!
