I like that it's easy to use, it has great features for marketing purposes and is simple to set up. It also makes it easy to connect with my clients and their customers. I dislike that the system sometimes freezes or lags when you're trying to send messages. It takes some time to get used to it but once you do it's very user friendly. If you want a messaging platform that's easy to use then this is the one for you. We are able to reach out to our customers through many different channels. This helps us keep in contact with them even if they don't have an account with us.
