Works great! in colanders and colanders

works great! If you drain the tofu slowly, it won't stick out on the sides. To get a very firm tofu, I lay the tofu on a flat surface and let the water drain out that way, then cut it in half, turn it upright and squeeze one last time. BOOM! Super Hard Tofu!
