Nice bag but the zipper is TERRIBLE

*Update: The company has excellent customer service. After receiving my complaint I received a full refund and was sent a replacement bag. The zipper is now fully stuck in the open position and some of the teeth are damaged. It hasn't even been 3 months! Shame as it really helped to have a snazzy bag to carry my small work laptop back and forth on the subway and to fit my other stuff.
