Review on CHARTOU Elastic Accordion Pleated X Large Women's Clothing for Skirts by Holly Naragon

I'm 5ft 5" and wear a size 10 and ordered a medium size as these elastic waist skirts often run large. It's a HUGE RECTANGLE. This skirt is terribly ugly and too long. I thought it would hit just below the knee but it's closer to my ankles. Also, the hem of the skirt is unfinished. I will return it today. I gave it a second star because the fabric and color were good but the boy missed the mark.
