we used this 5 days a week to count 2 cash drawers worth of change at our small business and it saved a lot of time.However after about 18 months, it began to malfunction, the coin platter turns sporadically and the paddle wheel doesn't turn at all, no error codes show up. I have taken it apart to clean it and there is nothing obviously wrong.Of course the warranty is out, contacted cassida and they said i would need to send it in for repairs, with shipping costs , parts and their hourly rate, its just not worth it . I guess its just another disposable piece of junk from china. would love to find a similar item in a different brand
