The main benefit I have found so far has been using this software during my job search process! It helped me connect directly with companies via LinkedIn messages or emails which made them more likely to respond back if they were interested enough about meeting up face2face sometime soon (or maybe even now). This can be very helpful when searching jobs outside your current field/industry since you will receive responses much quicker than other methods like sending out resumes by hand usually take months before receiving any response at all - not good considering how competitive fields such as Engineering seem to become every day nowadays. Also sometimes certain contacts may require further communication via phone call where again emailing would've worked just fine but some people prefer speaking over typing :p.
